Pick a Petal Dragonfly
Have you ever had an idea in your head that you thought might make a great card - only to have it turn out not so great? I think that this card is one of them!
I saw an adorable card on the Stampers Showcase area of our Demonstrator Website that had a dragonfly made with the Pick a Petal stamp set. So I thought I'd try it. At the same time, I wanted to CASE the card at the bottom of page 29 in the catalog. Why not combine them, right? Well...this is the result. I'm not sure that I love it yet. What do you think?
I used the Summer Picnic Designer Series Paper for the edge, and then put the dragonfly on top of a circle cut with the Coluzzle. Everything is popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals and I drew the little antennae.
I'm not sure why I don't love it - it is cute. Oh well... :)
